The sustainable use of urban land is a vital part of the sustainable development. Urban land utilization system is a composite system of natural, economic, and social systems. This paper establishes a basic frame and evaluation means to mark the sustainable development of urban land utilization based on 22 indexes from environment, economy and society, and analyzes quantitatively the sustainable utilization extent of urban land in Yinchuan.
